Biography & Achievements


Councilman Hatridge won the Ward Six Race in November 2011 and was re-elected in 2015. Currently Councilman Hatridge served as the Vice Chairman to Committee of the Whole, Chairman to the Buildings and Grounds Committee, Vice Chairman of the Safety, Service and Utilities Committee, and as member of the Finance Committee. Prior to his election, he served on the Architectural Board of Review for over 6 years as a Citizen Representative. Mr. Hatridge is a United States Air Force Veteran and serves as the Chairman of the Aurora Veteran’s Memorial Committee and is a Charter Member the American Legion Post 803.

Councilman Hatridge attended St. Louis University where he took numerous courses for his LUTC designation. He has worked over 30 years in insurance management and 10 years in commercial security sales. Councilman Hatridge is a past member of the Kiwanis Club of Aurora, Past Vice President of the Aurora Sports Boosters and has served on the Aurora Baseball Commission.

Mr. Hatridge has been an Aurora resident for over 40 years and has been married to Judy for over 50 years. They have 3 sons and 4 granddaughters. Councilman Hatridge is proud to say all 3 of his sons attended Aurora City Schools.
